SHAH ALAM, APRIL 25: The management of Air Selangor Sdn. Bhd (Air Selangor) denies the false information that spill over the social media regarding water supply disruption in Klang, Shah Alam and Kuala Langat, on April 30.
Head of Group Corporate Communications Air Selangor, Amin Lin Abdullah said the information was rather refers to scheduled water supply disruption, in the last year, on 30 April 2016.
“We advise the user to refer to smart phone apps ‘mySYABAS’ or surf www.syabas.com.my website to get factual information and updates on the disruption of water supply,” he said in a statement.
Meanwhile, in a separate statement, Air Selangor inform unscheduled water supply disruption occurs in the Hulu Langat district due to a burst pipe size 150 mm AC.
He said the affected areas are Taman Bukit Mewah and supplies will be reopened after repairs that are expected to be completed, at 5pm today.
