LZS provides temporary shelter for muallaf

SHAH ALAM, JUL 19: Muallaf (persons who convert to Islam) in Selangor who feel threatened, are homeless or have lost their support can go to Bait Salam provided by Selangor Zakat Board (LZS) for shelter.
In a statement on Facebook, LZS said that the temporary shelter in Jalan Kebun, Klang is equipped with various facilities such as male and female hostels, surau, recreational centre with classes and complete infrastructure.
“Various activities are also held for the residents such as religious classes and so on,” it said.
So far, there are 23 new muallaf who are staying in the shelter.
