In the incident, three of them were treated at the hospital for breathing difficulty due to having inhaled thick smoke.
It was also reported that 60 percent of the building structure was burnt while the main cause is still under investigation.
Last September 14, a total of 23 students perished, while three were in critical condition and two were semi-critical, in a fire at the Pusat Tahfiz Darul Quran Ittifaqiyah, Kampung Datuk Keramat.
