Socso Prihatin screening programme commences today

KUALA LUMPUR, April 27 — The Social Security Organisation (Socso) Prihatin Screening Programme (PSP Perkeso) for employees, including foreign workers, in the sectors allowed to resume operations during the movement control order (MCO) started its Covid-19 screenings today.

In a statement, Socso said the Covid-19 testing under the initiative is provided free of charge for workers whose employers are registered with Socso.

“The PSP Perkeso will be implemented in stages. In the first phase which commences today, the screenings are provided by the healthcare service providers appointed by Socso.

“Priority will be given to employees who work at the Covid-19 high-risk zones. In the second phase which will be announced soon, the screenings will be carried out at PSP Perkeso’s panel clinics,” it read.

Details on the requirements and procedures for the screening programme are available at PSP Perkeso’s portal https://prihatin.perkeso.gov.my, Socso’s website www.perkeso.gov.my and Socso’s official digital platform.

Registration can be done online at the PSP Perkeso portal using employees’ identification card number or Foreign Workers Social Security Number (KSPA) for foreign workers.

All information including latest updates on the PSP Perkeso will be announced via Socso official channels including Socso’s official website, official social media and the SeHAT portal https://sehat.perkeso.gov.my.
