Shah Alam police open investigation paper on forged signature on interstate travel form

SHAH ALAM, April 9 — The police have opened an investigation paper pertaining to a viral photo of a form for interstate travel allegedly signed by Section 6 Police station assistant chief.

District police deputy chief Superintendent Ramsay Embol said a preliminary investigation revealed that the signature was forged.

“An investigation paper under Section 468 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 has been opened in relation to this incident,” he said in a statement yesterday.
