SHAH ALAM, Dec 15 — The state government has appointed Ahmad Fadzli Ahmad Tajuddin as the new Selangor state finance officer.
The 49-year old Ahmad Fadzli, who has served as Klang Municipal Council president since April last year, will take office effective tomorrow.
The Selangor State Secretariat Office made the announcement via its Facebook page, and wished Ahmad Fadzli the best of luck in his new position.
His immediate predecessor as state finance officer is Datuk Haris Kasim, whom the government appointed as state secretary at the start of the year.
According to The Star, Ahmad Fadzli, who hails from Ipoh, previously worked in the National Institute of Public Administration as the cluster head for management development and innovation.
