SHAH ALAM, Aug 4 — The Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will be providing bulk waste collection in conjunction with the National Day celebration.
The local council said under the Spring Cleaning programme, the members of the public can place unwanted furniture or other recyclable items in front of their homes from August 20 to September 11.
“The public can place the furniture and recyclable goods in front of their houses before 10am.
“The MBPJ will not pick up any items that are left after the stipulated time,” it said on Facebook.
MBPJ said that electronic equipment and secondhand goods are other items that can be disposed of.
