SHAH ALAM, Oct 16 — The Jelajah Ehsan Rakyat affordable sales programme’s operating hours and days will change starting tomorrow, said the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation (PKPS).
In a Facebook post, it said the programme will run every Saturday to Thursday, from 10am to 1pm.
“Every Friday is an off-day for us to restock our goods for everybody. Do not worry, prices are still the same, only the off-day and operating hours are different.
“Thank you and continue to support this initiative for Selangor’s residents,” PKPS said.
Under Jelajah Ehsan Rakyat, standard chicken is sold at RM10 per piece, fresh solid beef at RM10 per pack, and eggs at RM10 per tray.
Also for sale are mackerel and selayang fish at RM6 per pack, 5kg cooking oil for RM25, and 5kg rice for RM10.
The State Government has allocated RM10 million to realise the programme in all 56 state constituencies, which will run from September 6 to December 6 in 160 locations.
