SHAH ALAM, Oct 24 — For the first time, Selangor will host the eighth SeMalaysia State Secretary Games (Suksem).
The tournament will last for five days starting tomorrow (October 25) at the Panasonic Stadium in Section 21, Shah Alam.
The carnival’s opening ceremony will be attended by participants from all states, and will be officiated by Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.
On Friday (October 21), state secretary Datuk Haris Kasim handed over the tournament flag to the Selangor contingent, during the ceremony at the State Secretariat Building in Shah Alam.
Suksem is a special tournament for civil servants, and features several sporting events including football, badminton, sepak takraw, netball, volleyball, bowling, table tennis, golf, and darts.
