Selangor flood victims down to 182 in five relief centres

SHAH ALAM, Nov 14 — Flood victims in five temporary relief centres (PPS) in Selangor have dropped to 182 people from 53 families as of 6.52am today.

Through an update on the JKM Disaster Info website, the victims consisted of 120 adults, 54 children and 8 infants.

All victims at PPS Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Sungai Binjai have returned to their respective residences.

PPS that are still active are SK Sungai Sireh (12), Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Jeram (56), Seri Harmoni Community Hall (18), Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (C) Yuk Chih Batang Berjuntai (60) and Kampung Johan Setia Community Hall (36).

A total of 2,714 flood victims involving 842 affected families are recorded in six states, namely Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Kelantan, Perak and Penang.
