SHAH ALAM, Dec 27 — Applications for back to school assistance under Menteri Besar Selangor (Incorporated) or MBI for the Kinrara state constituency are open since yesterday until January 15, 2023.
Its state assemblyman Ng Sze Han said the second phase of the applications for the assistance is opened to 150 primary and secondary school students from families with an income of RM4,000 and below.
“This RM100 cash donation is the state government’s initiative to ease the burden of parents and is limited to one student per family with a household income of RM4,000 and below.
“Documents required for the application are a copy of the student’s identity or MyKid, a copy of the parents’ identity card and payslip,” he said on Facebook.

The RM100 cash initiative is allocated for the MBI Back to School assistance with 300 recipients targeted per state constituency.
The applicant’s income limit is set at RM4,000 and below for next year’s school session application compared to previous limit of RM2,500.
