MBSA urges public to share ideas, feedback via Public Complaints Management System

By Suhaila Shahrul Annuar

SHAH ALAM, Dec 26 — Members of the public are invited to submit complaints, feedback or any ideas to the Shah Alam City Council (MBSA) through the Public Complaints Management System (SISPAA) beginning January 1, next year.

The local council said the complaint system will replace the previous i-Responz which served as the system to manage public complaints and customer feedback.

“Only five steps are required to share your feedback with us through SISPAA.

“Through the system, the public could not only file their complaints, but also check their feedback status, show appreciation, forward any enquiries or share their ideas with us.

“Apart from that, the feedback can be standardised, especially for complaints about the same location even though coming from different complainants,” MBSA said on Facebook.
