Roadshow that benefits citizens to return on February 18 with denser schedule

SHAH ALAM, Feb 1 — The Jelajah Selangor Penyayang (JSP) programme has been improved with various initiatives and will begin this year on February 18.

Without detailing the locations for the event, Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari said the roadshow programme would be held in a shorter period with a denser schedule than last year.

“This time, we are only organising it for a day instead of two days as before. But the schedule is denser and not much has changed.

“We also aim to organise JSP in every constituency before the end of June,” he said when met today.

The JSP programme was first organised in June last year offering various events which included free health screenings, sales of cheap basic goods, exhibitions and sports events.

The reorganised roadshow from the Inisiatif Peduli Rakyat was previously made possible through the allocation of RM350 million to benefit the people of Selangor.
