MB invites Hulu Langat residents to come for Aidilfitri open house this Friday

SHAH ALAM, May 3 — Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari has extended an invitation to Hulu Langat residents for the state Hari Raya Aidilfitri open house, at Tapak Agora Night Market in Taman Sri Nanding on Friday (May 5).

“Residents of Hulu Langat are invited to attend Jelajah Kita Selangor Aidilfitri this Friday, starting at 8pm at Tapak Agora Night Market.

“All are welcome to to attend with family and friends, in conjunction with this festive season,” he said in a Facebook post.

Taking place in all nine districts, Jelajah Kita Selangor Aidilfitri began on Friday (April 28) at the morning market site in Pekan Salak, Sepang, which was attended by some 10,000 visitors.

Similar numbers turned out for the open houses at Padang Awam Hulu Bernam in Hulu Selangor, and Padang Taman Sri Kerayong in Klang.

Asides from Tapak Agora Night Market Taman Sri Nanding, Jelajah Kita Selangor Aidilfitri will also take place at the Sungai Buloh pasar malam site in Petaling on May 6, and Taman Perwira Sijangkang in Kuala Langat on May 7.

This is followed by Dataran Tanah Lesen in Parit Baru, Sabak Bernam, on May 12, Padang Awam Bukit Badong in Kuala Selangor on May 13, and finally at Uptown Sri Gombak in Gombak on May 14, where Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is scheduled to attend.

Throughout the series of open houses, visitors can also learn of the various state government initiatives under Iltizam Selangor Penyayang (ISP), with the option of immediately applying for them.
