HULU SELANGOR, June 18 – The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is confident that the upcoming opening of a McDonald’s fast-food restaurant in Antara Gapi in November will attract further property buyers.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Property Development) of PKNS, Md Kamarzan Md Rais, stated that they are improving the facilities and landscaping of Antara Gapi by constructing a sales gallery next to the restaurant.

“We hope that these improvements will enhance the attractiveness for the public to purchase homes in this area. PKNS will also commence phase two of the landscaping enhancement by planting over 3,000 trees to preserve the natural environment in this urban area,” he said.

Kamarzan said this during the launch of the Discover PKNS 2023 campaign in Antara Gapi, Serendah, yesterday.

Md Kamarzan said that they are also planning to launch another project consisting of 90 units of two-storey terrace houses with lot sizes of 20′ x 65′ and 22′ x 65′ in Section 6A of Antara Gapi in August.

Antara Gapi is a planned township covering an area of 952.57 acres developed by PKNS since 1998, comprising residential and commercial units.

The township, themed as a tropical landscape panorama, offers various facilities to buyers, including public schools, commercial centres, playgrounds, and recreational areas that provide comfort and convenience to the residents.

The Discover PKNS 2023 Campaign, which started on May 6 and will run until October 29, will take place in Kota Puteri, Gombak; Antara Gapi, Serendah; Selangor Cyber Valley, Cyberjaya; PKNS Complex Shah Alam, and will conclude at the Shah Alam Convention Centre.
