PKNS’ Bizmatch Mega 2.0 the best platform to boost entrepreneurs’ networking

SHAH ALAM, July 13 — The Selangor State Development Corporation’s (PKNS) BizClub networking programme BizMatch Mega 2.0 is touted as the best platform for entrepreneurs to develop their business networks.

Its chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas said via the programme, entrepreneurs under the PKNS’ Entrepreneur Development Unit (BPU) can meet and interact directly with selected agencies to develop their business.

“As an organisation that takes cognisance of human capital development, PKNS has spearheaded this initiative in order to boost business activities in the community.

“The various programmes organised by PKNS BPU help to create new opportunities for entrepreneurs to venture further and to empower them to develop their businesses to a higher level,” he said at the programme’s launch which was officiated by Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari, earlier today.

The BizMatch networking programme started in 2022 and has over 400 active members today.

Mahmud said he hopes the entrepreneurs who participated in the programme today would be able to source for financing opportunities with the 30 funding agencies and entrepreneurial agencies available to them here.

“My hope is entrepreneurs will take this opportunity to build an exclusive network to further expand business relationships and business referrals to strengthen their businesses,” he said.

Among the funding agencies involved in the programme are Bank Simpanan Nasional, Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd, Agrobank, Maybank, RHB, SME Bank and CIMB.

Participating entrepreneurship agencies include Institut Keusahawanan Negara, Rural Capital Bhd, Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Bhd, and Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Selangor.
