Hijrah offers up to RM5,000 in capital to encourage small businesses

SHAH ALAM, Aug 16 — Yayasan Hijrah Selangor is offering the Niaga Darul Ehsan (NaDI) financing scheme to those looking to start small businesses, with loans of up to RM5,000.

The agency announced open capital financing for all business sectors and Selangor residents, encouraging women representing households to apply.

“The scheme’s conditions are that applicants must be between 18 and 65 years of age, and are registered voters in Selangor. Women are especially encouraged to vote,” it said in a Facebook post

The 2023 Selangor Budget allocated RM130 million to enable Hijrah to improve its schemes and support entrepreneurial development.

In addition to NaDI, HIJRAH also offers the ii-Bisnes, i-Bermusim, Zero to Hero, i-Agro, i-Lestari, and Go Digital schemes.
