SHAH ALAM, 21 JAN – The Ehsan Rahmah Sales (JER) programme, organised by the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation (PKPS), has received an overwhelming response with all reservation slots fully booked until February.
JER sales unit supervisor, Muhammad Farid Mustafa acknowledged the surge in applications but stressed the importance of meticulous location selection to ensure suitability and accessibility.
“While we continue to accept online applications beyond the deadline, it’s imperative that PKPS thoroughly assess each request. Various factors, including the provision of facilities such as tents, chairs, tables, and an appropriate area for PKPS trucks, needs to be considered,” he said at the JER at Masjid Ubudiyyah in Section 19.
Emphasising PKPS’ commitment to quality, he said that the organisation guarantees fresh, high-quality products at each event location, despite being offered at a discount below market prices.
“Quality is our top priority at PKPS. We want to ensure that visitors not only benefit from the affordability but are also satisfied with the quality of the goods purchased,” he said.
Earlier, PKPS announced that applications for hosting JER were open to various entities, including representatives of the people, village chiefs, local authorities, council members and government departments.
