Sirah paper for class assessment test postponed to January 23

PUTRAJAYA, Jan 17  — The Sirah paper for the Quran and Fardu Ain Class Assessment Test (UPKK) scheduled for today, has been postponed to January 23, said Islamic Development Department Malaysia) (Jakim) director-general Datuk Hakimah Mohd Yusoff.

In a statement issued today, she said the test for the Sirah paper has to be postponed due to unavoidable technical issues.

“Jakim apologises for the inconvenience and prays that all UPKK candidates across the country can fully focus on the ongoing test.”

UPKK is held to assess the level of skills, abilities and appreciation of Year 5 students in the study of the Quran, Ulum Syariah (Aqidah and Ibadah), Sirah, Adab (Islamic Ethics), Jawi and Khat as well as the Asas  Lughatul Quran. The test is scheduled from January 16 to 23.
