KEADILAN welcomes harmony between PAS and PPBM

SHAH ALAM, FEB 2: KEADILAN Deputy President, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali welcomes statement by Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM) and PAS Joint Central Committee, in efforts to seal an agreement ahead of the coming 14th General Election (GE14).
Mohamed Azmin who is also the Dato’ Menteri Besar said, the latest development indicates the party’s maturity and leadership for mutual benefit of all Malaysians.
He said, this can strengthen both parties’ systems and provides a dynamic and viable alternative in place of Umno-Barisan Nasional (BN).
“As I have suggested in a media statement several days ago, Malaysians and ready for reformation.
“Leaders must have humility, flexibility to compromise and maturity in judgement and decision-making to fulfil the citizens’ aspirations,” he said in a media.
Yesterday, PAS Deputy President, Dato’ Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man and PPBM Deputy President, Dato’ Seri Mukhriz Mahathir led delegations from their respective parties in a Joint Central Committee Meeting.

Among others, the meeting agreed to form a PAS-PPBM Joint Technical Committee to follow-up on mutually agreed decisions.
At the same time, Mohamed Azmin said, KEADILAN will continue its cooperation with PAS and PPBM to strengthen the amicability and the coalition of progressive political parties as well as to mobilise the people for victory in the GE14.
“We must be led with intelligence and an inclusive approach, setting aside partisanship and ideological difference.
“This is important in forming a coalition of opposition that is strong and solid to restore the dignity of the people and save Malaysia,” he said.
