SHAH ALAM, APR 6: The free Online Tuition with facilities for effective learning is beneficial for students in Selangor.
A survey by SelangorKini found that, students who are sitting for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) this year welcome and appreciate the State Government’s initiative to introduce this programme.
A student from Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) Convent Klang, Wan Hezmeera Wan Hezril, 17, said the programme helps the students to do revision according to their own suitable time.
“This is really good as it can be accessed anytime and anywhere, and this concept is current trend with the internet facilities.
“This kind of method give students who are sitting for exams the freedom compared to going to a normal tuition class with free extra time,” she said.

“It helps a lot especially for students whose families are less fortunate, besides it can followed many times.
“Students can also take the tuition on their own or in a group with their friends and have discussions,” she said.
The free Online Tuition is introduced by the State Government through Yayasan Selangor and is another programme under Inisiatif Peduli Rakyat (IPR) for Selangor citizens, particularly students who are sitting for SPM.
