MOH: Two more cases fully recovered, five still hospitalised

KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 20 — Two more Covid-19 patients have been successfully treated and discharged from hospital yesterday evening, bringing the total number of fully recovered patients to 17.

Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said the two cases were the 20th and 21st cases involving Chinese nationals who were tested positive for Covid-19 on February 14.

“No new Covid-19 case was reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre today.

“The total cumulative confirmed Covid-19 cases in Malaysia remains at 22 cases, with five cases still receiving treatment in hospitals,” he said in a statement here today.

He added that the five cases are in stable condition.
