SHAH ALAM, May 12 — The Ampang township under Hulu Langat district has been declared a green zone as it has no active coronavirus case recorded as of noon yesterday.

According to the data provided by the Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre of the Selangor State Health Department, Ampang Pecah in Hulu Selangor, however, is now a yellow zone after recording one active Covid-19 case.

“The modified conditional movement control order (MCMCO) is still enforced until further notice. The people of Selangor must adhere to the rules and guidelines that have been set.

“Do not be complacent and remain a social distance, practise good hygiene habits, and wear the face mask,” said the Selangor Task Force for Covid-19 on Facebook last night.

The task force had also reminded the people so use the SELangkah contact tracing system when entering any premises within the state.

Selangor had registered three new Covid-9 cases yesterday, pushing the total cumulative figure to 1,607 out of the total 6,726 reported cases nationwide.
