Covid-19: MCMC customer service line, complaints counters suspended

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 11 — The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has suspended its customer service line and complaints counter at all its offices from today until a date to be announced later.

MCMC in a statement today announced the suspension of its 1800 188 030 line and complaints counters as a safety and precautionary measure due to the Covid-19 situation.

It said the public, however, could still channel their complaints via https://aduan.skmm.gov.my, e-mail to ([email protected]) or WhatsApp (016–220 6262) between 8.30am and 5.30pm (Monday to Friday).

“MCMC always priotises the safety and health of the public and its employees….any inconvenience is regretted,” it added.
