Settle compounds online, MBSJ provides convenience to public

By Sheeda Fathil

SHAH ALAM, March 4 — The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ) offers an online service to check and settle compounds.

MBSJ Corporate and Strategic Management Department deputy director Azfarizal Abdul Rashid said the method would save people’s time without needing to go to the counter.

“This initiative was created to make it easier for the compound receiver to make online transaction through the Ezy MBSJ portal at https://ezy.mbsj.gov.my and it is also in line with the new norm to minimise face-to-face interaction and maintain social distancing,” he said in a statement.

He said for further enquiry the public can contact the MBSJ Command Centre at 03-8024 7700.

However, the public can still  make payment using cards or cash at the local authority’s kiosks.
