SHAH ALAM, March 19 — The upcoming series of the Selangor’s free Covid-19 community screening will be held in Kuala Selangor on March 21, says Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.

He said the programme will be held at the Bestari Jaya hall in Kuala Selangor, on Sunday from 9am to 4pm.

“The residents in the nearby areas are encouraged to participate in the programme, especially those in Taman Seri Indah, Pekan Bestari Jaya, Taman Pelangi, Taman Kilauan, and Taman Pancaran, in Kuala Selangor,” he said in a Facebook post today.

The public can sign-up for the programme via the SELangkah app or visit screening.selangkah.my.

The Selangor government has set aside RM6 million to carry out the free Covid-19 community screening initiative throughout the state to curb the coronavirus outbreak.

The initiative targets the participation of 50,000 Selangor residents in high-density areas as well as those from the low-income group.
