State govt hands over 33,000 Rumah Selangorku keys as of Jan 1 — MB

SHAH ALAM, Feb 1 — The state government has handed over 33,071 Rumah Selangorku keys to the people of Selangor as of January 1, 2023 involving 93 projects, said Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.

“A total of 16,965 houses under 61 projects are still under construction and the rest are going through the development approval stage,” he said on Twitter today.

In an infographic Amirudin shared, as of January 1 this year, 386 Rumah Selangorku projects have been approved involving 221,671 units which includes Rumah MBI Idaman and Rumah Harapan.

The Rumah Selangorku project was developed by the state government over a decade ago to help Selangor citizens own homes at affordable prices.

Previously, Amirudin also announced the state government’s initiative to build six Dream House projects to help residents who work and live in Selangor own their first homes.

Among several other locations involved are Bandar Saujana Putra, Puchong and Puncak Alam.
