Air Selangor: Water supply fully restored in 55 areas in Klang, Shah Alam

SHAH ALAM, March 26 — The water supply has been fully restored in 55 areas in Klang and Shah Alam as of 6am today, says Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor).

“Air Selangor would like to thank consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period,” said the state agency on a Facebook post this morning.

On Friday, 55 areas in Klang and Shah Alam were hit by an unscheduled water cut following a pipe burst at Taman Mutiara Bukit Raja 2, Klang.

The repair works due to the pipe burst incident was completed at 6am, yesterday. The water supply was then distributed in stages to the consumers’ premises after the water supply system was stabilised.
