Two killed in three-car crash in Klang

SHAH ALAM, Dec 22  — Two people were killed and five others were injured in a road accident involving three cars at Persiaran Sultan Ibrahim in Bandar Baru Klang, this morning.

Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director of Operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said five firemen from the Sungai Pinang station rushed to the scene upon receiving a call at 6.23 am.

The impact of the crash caused the two men to be thrown out of the vehicle, he said, adding that they died on the spot.

“Three cars, a Perodua Bezza, a Honda City and a Toyota Camry were involved in the accident. The injured victims are two men, two girls and a baby,” he said in a statement today.

The bodies were taken to the Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital where the injured sought treatment.
