KLANG, DEC 6: His Royal Highness The Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah visited the grave of his late father, Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah at the Royal Mausoleum in Klang, in conjunction with the 71st Birthday of His Majesty.
He arrived at the mausoleum compound around 10 am with by His Royal Highness Raja Muda Selangor, Tengku Amir Shah and accompanied by Dato’ Menteri Besar, Dato’ Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali and Dato’ Seri Utama Diraja Mufti Selangor, Mohd Tamyes Abd Wahid.
The ceremony began with tahlil and prayer recitals for half an hour, led by Mohd Tamyes.
His Majesty then threw flowers and sprinkled rose water on several graves before leaving the palace grounds.
