SHAH ALAM – Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB) is committed to continuing the construction of a housing project at Taman Air Manis, Panchang Bedena, Sabak Bernam.
Its Chief Executive Officer, Dato’ Sri Ahmad Omar said the company plans to build 217 units of Selangorku House, 12 units of shops and 12 units of townhouses.
“The example house is already there and we expect to start building it later this year and are expected to be fully completed by 2023,” he said.
“Regarding the construction of R & R (R & R), the matter will be discussed again with the State Government Council (MMKN).”
He said this after a public hearing on the issue of Housing Development project at Taman Air Manis by the Special Select Committee on Capacity, Accountability and Transparency (SELCAT), at the Annex Building, here.
The public hearing was carried out following a formal complaint to SELCAT on the project which had no movement since 10 years ago.
The 10.11 hectare project is owned by the state government company PNSB.
The original planning is based on an integrated development concept, comprising Selangorku House and has an office store, petrol station and R & R vendor center.
