Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari had on his official Twitter account conveyed his appreciation to those involved in the essential service sectors for their contribution.

“Thank you to all frontliners for their service during this testing time. Medical practitioners, policemen and food delivery service providers (riders). May God bless them,” he wrote.

On March 20, Amirudin had announced a one-off RM200 incentive for the 6,000 medical frontliners in hospitals throughout the state.

He said a total of RM1.2 million was allocated for this purpose as an appreciation for the sacrifices and services of the healthcare workers in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.
