SHAH ALAM, April 6 — Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) customers can now opt to receive their monthly water bill via Whatsapp.
Its corporate communications head Abdul Halem Mat Som, in a statement today, said the service is available since April 1 and customers from Selangor and Kuala Lumpur can register at https://update.airselangor.com.
“We urge the customers to register for the e-billing service, which started since January 2018.
“Customers who opt to use the WhatsApp service need to make sure the phone number registered on the given website is accurate and can receive messages on the application,” he said.
Account holders are also advised to switch from paper bills to e-billing as it is convenient and water bill payment can be made seamlessly online.
