AKPK headquarters, KL branch to relocate June 10

KUALA LUMPUR, June 3 — The Credit Counselling and Debt Management Agency (AKPK) headquarters and its Kuala Lumpur branch will move to a new office at Menara Bumiputra Commerce beginning June 10.

“AKPK will begin operations at Level 5 and 6, Menara Bumiputra Commerce. This move is to provide more convenience to customers following the increase in demand for our services.

“However during the conditional movement control order and transition period to new norms, we still encourage customers to make enquiries online at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/98PKDP6; or through our Customer Portal (for existing customers) and Education Portal (regarding financial education),” the agency’s statement said yesterday.

Besides enquiries, all counselling sessions are also conducted by phone during this period.

According to the statement, other AKPK branches nationwide are still operating in their respective offices, and the public can refer to the agency’s official website at akpk.org.my for further information.
