SUBANG JAYA, Jan 13 — The Subang Jaya constituency office has allocated RM19,998 for a mobile cabin to be placed in Taman Permainan USJ 11/4 here.

The project, which began on September 28 last year, took two weeks to be completed and was initiated to meet residents’ needs.

Its assemblyman Michelle Ng Mei Sze said residents in the area are active in organising various programmes.

“Before the Covid-19 pandemic struck, the community frequently organised various programmes, including conducting meetings at committee members’ homes on a rotational basis.

“Therefore I hope with this mobile cabin, they can hold their meetings here instead of cramming in their respective homes,” she said when met today.

Similarly USJ 11/4S Residents Association chairman S. Theesan thanked Ng for her effort in providing beneficial facilities for the people.

“I hope the local community will also be able to benefit from this facility, as well as avoid damaging it,” he said.
