Ampang residents can channel infrastructure complaints via WhatsApp, MPAJ hotline

By Suhaila Shahrul Annuar

SHAH ALAM, Dec 22 — Residents of Ampang have been encouraged to report infrastructure-related complaints via WhatsApp and the Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ) hotline, said Ampang MP Rodziah Ismail.

She said these two channels are one of the best ways to report various complaints, including problems with roads, lights and drains.

“The complaints can be forwarded as soon as possible to the MPAJ Complaints Channel. You can also directly WhatsApp the number 019-268 8100, or call the hotline at 1800-22-8100.

“I would also recommend sending an email to [email protected], or fill in the form at aduan.mpaj.gov.my and obtain a complaint (queue) number.

“Following this, the Ampang Parliamentary Community Service Centre’s office can refer to any updates, should there be a delay in a response,” Rodziah said.

She added that various maintenance issues related to public facilities are subject to the management of the local authorities.

“The complaints that are received will be acted upon immediately by the party responsible,” Rodziah said.
