MB hands over house keys to Rumah Selangorku Kemuning Idaman owners

SHAH ALAM, Jan 13 — Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari handed over the keys and offer letters earlier today to the owners and tenants of the Rumah Selangorku Kemuning Idaman project in Klang.

The ceremony took place after his visit to the apartment with state executive councillor for housing Rodziah Ismail, to oversee the project developed by Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd.

Amirudin expressed his satisfaction with the layout, quality, and construction materials used for the project, which consists of 650 units between 750 to 900 square feet in size.

“I am very satisfied with the layout, quality and construction materials used to build the homes, providing a conducive environment as well as becoming the main choice of many.

“The development of the Rumah Selangorku involved type B, C1 and C2 units, with its completion and compliance certificates issued on November 17, 2022,” he said.

The high-rise residence is equipped with various facilities including education centres for primary, secondary and tertiary students, as well as being located close to hospitals with easy access to road networks.

The Rumah Selangorku project was developed by the state government over a decade ago to help Selangor citizens own homes at affordable prices.
