PKNS expects to complete Intana Ria 3 unit sales with RM78 mln GDV by fourth quarter

BANGI, Jan 14 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) is optimistic that unit sales of its apartment project in Section 7, Bandar Baru Bangi will be concluded by the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2023.

PKNS deputy chief executive officer (property development) Md Kamarzaman Md Rais said the project, called Intana Ria 3, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM78 million, has started construction and is expected to be completed in 2025.

“The sale of all 200 units of affordable apartments that will be built in an area of 1.14 hectares is not limited to Selangor residents only and is open to all buyers.

“The location of this project is also strategic which is close to Bangi, Kajang and Putrajaya, and we received 10 bookings earlier today,” he told reporters after the Intana Ria 3 apartment launch ceremony here today.

Intana Ria 3 is the final phase of the Intana Ria residential project built by PKNS in 1998 in Bandar Baru Bangi.

Priced from RM399,000 to RM423,000 with an area of 906.86 square feet, Intana Ria 3 is equipped with swimming pool facilities, a gymnasium, a multipurpose hall and a children’s playground.

It is also close to a network of neighbourhoods and facilities such as schools, mosques, and medical centres.

Employment opportunities are also wide open through the industrial areas around Bangi.

Commenting on other PKNS projects, Md Kamarzaman said the developer company has 12 more housing projects to be launched in Selangor in the near future with a GDV value of almost RM1 billion.

“We have projects in Shah Alam, Kota Puteri, Antara Gapi, and Selangor Cybervalley, comprising landed, townhouses and apartments,” he said.
