SHAH ALAM, Feb 2 — The Go Selangor app has been downloaded by nearly 2,000 users as of today, said Menteri Besar Dato’ Seri Amirudin Shari.

He said the app contains various food and beverage (F&B) offerings, lifestyle choices, ticket bookings and activities promotions in Selangor.

“The state government strives to make sure this tourism app benefits all,” he said on Facebook.

The Go Selangor app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

The state government has developed Go Selangor as the state tourism app to enable travellers from all over the world to gain access to state tourism products.

Developed in collaboration with local start-up company Tourplus Technology, at the cost of RM3 million, the app is part of the efforts to digitalise the Selangor tourism industry.

The app acts as a one-stop centre for tourists coming to Selangor by allowing travellers to book tickets, hotels, chalets, homestays and transportation easily.
