Aidilfitri mega sale prog in 23 locations begins today

SHAH ALAM, April 15 — The Jualan Mega Ehsan Aidilfitri 2023 roadshow programme organised by the state government in 23 locations kicks off today.

Implemented by the Selangor Agricultural Development Corporation (PKPS), it encompasses all districts in the state until this coming Thursday (April 20), occurring in nine areas today, in 10 areas tomorrow, and in one area on Monday (April 17) until Thursday.

Jualan Mega Ehsan Aidilfitri 2023 is a continuation of Jelajah Ehsan Rakyat, aimed at aiding the people in purchasing their basic daily necessities at lower prices than the current market rate.

The programme is run specifically in conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitri celebrations.

Today’s programme runs 7am to 12pm in several locations, namely the grounds of Masjid As-Syakirin in Jenderan Hilir, Sepang; Pasar Tani Kelana Jaya in Petaling, Pasar Tani Saujana Utama in Kuala Selangor, and Kompleks Penghulu Mukim Hulu Bernam in Hulu Selangor.

Whereas for Dataran Tonggak 10, the locations are Sungai Besar in Sabak Bernam, Dataran Pantai Batu Laut in Tanjung Sepat, Kuala Langat; and Tapak Jalan Kantan in Bukit Sentosa, from 8am to 8pm.

There are also two other locations, namely PPR Section 24 in Shah Alam from 10am to 12pm, and KoHijrah Laman Niaga Usahawan KoHijrah in, Section 25, Shah Alam, from 4pm to 6pm.

The affordable sales programme has a variety of items up for grab, including approximately 36,700 chickens at RM10 each, 12,000 Grade B chicken eggs at RM10 per tray, 9,900 bags of rice at RM10 per bag, 6,100 bottles of cooking oil at RM25 per bottle, and 12,100 packs of beef at RM10 per packs.
