PKNS launches two-storey terrace units project at Antara Gapi

SHAH ALAM, Feb 20 — The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) launched a project to build 90 two-storey terraced houses in Antara Gapi, Serendah, on Saturday (February 17).

Its chief executive officer Datuk Mahmud Abbas said the Ixora housing project is characterised by contemporary modern design set against a backdrop of green landscaping, with prices ranging from RM588,000 to RM891,000.

“Ixora, expected to be completed by 2026, is built on a 9.01-acre area with a gross development value (GDV) of RM57 million.

“Featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms, these houses have spacious parking and recreational facilities adorned with attractive landscaping,” he said in a statement today.

The development project is easily accessible via the Guthrie Highway, the Rawang Bypass Highway, the Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Highway (Latar), and the Rawang-Tanjung Malim Federal Road.

“In addition, the distance to Kuala Lumpur is only 36km and to Tanjung Malim at 15km,” Mahmud said.
