SHAH ALAM, March 28 — Yayasan Hijrah Selangor is offering up to RM50,000 in capital assistance to women entrepreneurs in the state seeking to start small businesses.
It said financing under the Niaga Darul Ehsan (NaDi) scheme can be applied for at https://mikrokredit.selangor.gov.my.
“Specifically for women entrepreneurs in Selangor Darul Ehsan! Open to women who want to start small businesses. An offer of the Niaga Darul Ehsan (NaDi) scheme of up to RM50,000.
“Applicants can also scan the QR code on the poster below to apply or contact nearby Hijrah branches for further information,” Hijrah said in a Facebook post.
In addition to NaDi, the agency also offers various types of financing, including the i-Bisnes scheme, the i-Bermusim scheme, the Go Digital scheme, and the Zero To Hero scheme.
Hijrah aims to provide RM1 billion in loans to entrepreneurs in conjunction with its ninth anniversary celebrations this year.
Last Wednesday (March 20), its chief executive officer Datuk Mearia Hamzah said 88,653 financing loans were given to 59,508 borrowers involving RM797 million since 2015.
