SHAH ALAM, May 21 — Selangor has registered 15 new Covid-19 positive cases as of noon yesterday, which saw the Ampang Pecah township in Hulu Selangor changed its status from green zone to yellow zone with three confirmed active cases.

The Selangor Task Force for Covid-19, however, said the improved situation in Hulu Kelang has moved the township from a yellow zone to a green zone.

“Keep practising social distancing and good hygiene habits as well as wearing the face mask.

“Treasure the freedom you have by being disciplined and responsible,” the task force said on Facebook last night.

Selangor has recorded a total of 1,665 coronavirus cases out of the total accumulated 7,009 cases recorded in Malaysia.

Based on the statistics provided by the Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) of the Selangor State Health Department, the state has 107 active Covid-19 cases and the death toll remains at 21.
