SHAH ALAM, Dec 2 — Former State Government Deputy Secretary Nor Fuad Abdul Hamid has been appointed the new Shah Alam Mayor, effective December 1.

The appointment letter handover ceremony was conducted by State Government Secretary Datuk Haris Kasim.

“Congratulations and the best of wishes,” said the Selangor State Government Secretary’s Office in a Facebook post yesterday.

He succeeds outgoing mayor Datuk Zamani Ahmad Mansor, who has held the position since June 14, 2021.
