EPF reopens Jerteh, Kuala Krai branches after floodwaters subsided

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 20 — The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) today reopened its branches in Jerteh, Terengganu, and Kuala Krai, Kelantan, after floodwaters in the areas subsided.

“The EPF would like to thank members for their patience and understanding.

“Though the flood situation in the affected areas are showing signs of improvement, the EPF wishes to remind members to continue to stay safe and vigilant,” the retirement savings fund said in a statement.

The branches was closed yesterday due to the flooding in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia.
