Sultan, Tengku Permaisuri attend daughter’s convocation in UK

SHAH ALAM, Dec 27 — Their Royal Highnesses the Sultan of Selangor and the Tengku Permaisuri of Selangor attended the convocation ceremony of the Tengku Permaisuri’s daughter Nur Amanda Mustapha Kamal at the University of Bristol, in the United Kingdom.

Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah Alhaj and Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin were in the country on November 11 for the ceremony.

In a Facebook post, the Selangor Royal Office said Nur Amanda is the Tengku Permaisuri’s eldest daughter.

“Nur Amanda, 22, graduated from the university with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering,” said the post.

Their Royal Highnesses departed from London to Bristol via train.
