The State Government is actively developing state land through intensive development projects with the aim of boosting economic growth and make them more sustainable.
However, there were accusations by certain irresponsible parties that there had been developments implemented that disregarded the welfare of local communities.
This was following a dispute with a trader, R Jayesury, who claimed that she was asked to move from her current business location as the site was to be developed for a road widening project.
However, the Kuala Selangor District Council previously stated that the trader has been offered the use of a new site which is more comfortable.
