Covid-19 community testing continues in Kuala Selangor today

SHAH ALAM, March 21 — The free Covid-19 community screening programme organised by the Selangor government will be held at the Dewan Bestari Jaya hall in Kuala Selangor, today.

Residents in Taman Seri Indah, Taman Pelangi, Taman Pancaran, Bestari Jaya town and Taman Kilauan are urged to participate in the screening initiative, which begins from 9am to 4pm.

Yesterday, a similar screening operation was held at the Teluk Panglima Garang community hall in Kuala Langat.

Registration can be done by downloading the SELangkah (Step In Safely) mobile app and selecting the ‘screening’ function or logging on to screening.selangkah.my.

The state government has allocated RM6 million to carry out the Covid-19 community screening for free throughout Selangor to curb the spread of the pandemic.

The initiative targets the participation of 50,000 state residents in high-density areas as well as those from the low-income group.
