SHAH ALAM, March 31 — The water supply for 144 areas Gombak and Kuala Lumpur which were affected by a leaking valve earlier this week has since fully recovered, said Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor)

The water supply was fully restored at 9pm following repair works, with the company thanking consumers for their patience and cooperation during this unscheduled water supply disruption period.

“Consumers are advised to obtain official information on water supply disruptions through all Air Selangor official communication channels, namely the Air Selangor application, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram Air Selangor and the website www.airselangor.com.

“Inquiries and complaints can also be submitted to the Air Selangor Contact Centre at 15300 or Help Centre via the Air Selangor application,” it said in a statement.

The disruption began on Tuesday following a leaking valve at Warta Lama along Jalan Kuching.

Initially scheduled for completion at 9pm yesterday, the repair works were delayed due to heavy rain and were completed by 2am today.
