KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 — HSS Engineers Bhd’s (HEB) associate company, HSS Integrated Sdn Bhd (HSSI), has received a RM68.51 million contract from Malaysia Airports Sdn Bhd to be the lead consultant for the amendment to the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport master plan.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, HEB said the HSSI would be the lead consultant for the preparation, submission and approval of the amendment to the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport’s master layout plan and the subsequent infrastructure works and associated works for Malaysia Airports Sdn Bhd — Phase 2 and Phase 3.

It said that the five-year contract commenced on Aug 29.

“Pursuant to the exclusive teaming arrangement between HSSI, an associate of HEB, as well as HSS Engineering Sdn Bhd (HSSE), a wholly owned subsidiary of HEB, both companies will be collaborating exclusively to execute and complete the contract,” it said.
